Alexander Mcqueen’s Spring Summer 2010 collection is a remarkable feat of futuristic fashion magic. As well as a series of stunning printed dresses inspired by among other things, Charles Darwin, evolution, Mad Max and the world of reptiles, Mcqueen has produced a jaw-dropping shoe collection. The shoes feature heels that defy the laws of gravity and guess who is the first to wear them? Lady Gaga of course. Her new video for ‘Bad Romance‘ is a fashion tour-de-force. Styled by Nicola Formichetti,  ’Bad Romance’ lays down a futuristic fashion vision so fierce it hurts. Love her or hate her Gaga is running the game right now and doing more to raise the profile of uber-designers such as Mcqueen than any music artist since Madonna started working with Gaultier. Lady Gaga is bringing her Monsters Ball tour to NZ in 2010.
